Ashley Marie Rouse’s career began as a chef for high-end hotels throughout the South and NYC. Despite working long hours in the kitchen cooking for these hotels, she found time to explore her passion project: creating unique handcrafted jams. Trade Street got its start as gifts for family and friends, but folks quickly discovered Ashley’s talent for combining flavors into jams that are more than just jam, and Ashley decided to turn her hobby into a full-time business. We quickly realized that Trade Street Jam Co. is not your ordinary jam. Handmade in small batches with minimal sugar and no preservatives, these “jams” work more as a flavor enhancement that can be added to anything you’re cooking. We tried multiple flavors and enjoyed them all. We highly recommend you visit her site to try more!
